Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed after payment has been confirmed.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Processing time may vary depending on stock availability, order quantity, and product type.
For custom orders, special orders, sharpening, retipping, repair, or service-related items, additional processing time may be required.
Shipping Area
We currently ship within Malaysia.
For customers outside Malaysia, please contact us before placing an order to confirm whether international shipping is available.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated and shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping fees may vary depending on the delivery location, parcel size, parcel weight, and courier service used.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
West Malaysia: 2–5 business days
East Malaysia: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, incorrect address details, or other circumstances outside our control.
Courier and Delivery
We will arrange delivery using our selected courier or transport provider.
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service. However, we will do our best to assist you if there are any delivery issues.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address, contact number, and order details are correct before confirming your order.
We are not responsible for failed delivery or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect shipping details or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for any additional re-delivery charges.
Damaged or Missing Parcels

Service Items
For sharpening, retipping, repair, or maintenance services, customers are responsible for sending the blade or item to us unless otherwise agreed.
Return delivery charges for serviced items may apply and will be confirmed before delivery.
