Return Period
We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14-days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- Complete with all accessories, parts, and documents, if applicable
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

- Used saw blades, bandsaw blades, or cutting tools

- Clearance, sale, or promotional items
- Services such as sharpening, retipping, repair, or maintenance work after completion

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first. Once your return is accepted and inspected, you may place a new order for the correct item.
Exchange approval depends on product condition and stock availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
