Send Your Blade by Courier

Customers can send suitable TCT saw blades and smaller items to TSSR by courier after confirming the blade type and service requirement. Large stellite bandsaw blades should be checked with TSSR before courier shipping.

Before sending

  • Confirm with TSSR if the blade is suitable for courier send-in
  • Pack the blade safely and securely
  • Include your name, phone number, company name, blade size, and service needed
  • Send photos by WhatsApp if the blade has missing teeth, damage, or unusual wear

After TSSR receives it

  1. TSSR checks the blade condition.
  2. Sharpening, retipping, or repair requirement is confirmed.
  3. Final quote is confirmed before service work proceeds.
  4. Return delivery is arranged after service completion and payment confirmation.

Important: Courier availability and return delivery method must be confirmed before sending, especially for larger or non-standard blades.
