退货和退款取决于产品状况、服务状态以及商品是定制供应、使用过、磨削过、改装过还是已安装。
客户在退回任何刀片或工业切割工具之前应联系 TSSR。退回的物品必须安全包装，并且在运输过程中不得造成处理风险。
除非适用法律要求，否则已使用、损坏、改装、定制或已完成服务的物品可能不符合退货条件。
退款、换货或服务调整将在检查后逐案审查。
Responsible use notice
TSSR supplies and services industrial cutting tools, including TCT saw blades, bandsaw blades, and spare/replacement blades, only for lawful workshop, manufacturing, maintenance, woodworking, metalworking, and industrial use depending on the product description. Buyers must be of legal age and are responsible for checking local laws before purchase. TSSR does not sell products for violence, combat, or unlawful use.
