Return and Refund Policy
Returns and refunds depend on product condition, service status, and whether the item was custom supplied, used, sharpened, modified, or installed.
Customers should contact TSSR before returning any blade or industrial cutting tool. Returned items must be packed safely and must not create handling risk during transport.
Used, damaged, modified, custom, or service-completed items may not be eligible for return unless required by applicable law.
Refunds, exchanges, or service adjustments will be reviewed case by case after inspection.
TSSR supplies and services industrial cutting tools, including TCT saw blades, bandsaw blades, and spare/replacement blades, only for lawful workshop, manufacturing, maintenance, woodworking, metalworking, and industrial use depending on the product description. Buyers must be of legal age and are responsible for checking local laws before purchase. TSSR does not sell products for violence, combat, or unlawful use.
